The Pure Shooting Training System is broken down into 3 Levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.  We put you through a series of skill tests to identify your strengths and weaknesses, and which level will give you the most results. Every skill level contains its own 12 week training program.

A 12 week program is broken down into 3 distinct 4 week phases, each holding a specific progressional purpose, so that you are always seeing improvements.

Throughout the entire program, you will be working out 4 days per week, each workout being around SIXTY to NINETY minutes in length. Our workouts require 3 things: a basketball, a hoop, and something with a timer (such as a smartphone).

In this series we are going to develop your versatility and make you a problem for the defense, whether you’re catching and shooting OR making a move and pulling up off the dribble.

Everybody knows that if you want to be respected by the defense, then you HAVE to be able to knock down 3s. So in this series we will build your 3 point shot so that you WILL be able to step out and earn that respect.

We’re going to break out of the half court, and work on your ability to stop on a dime IN TRANSITION for the pullup, OR read the defense and go in for the attack, so you can dominate the game in transition.

In this series we not only increase your range, but you will also be able to find your range. So no matter where you are on the court, you will have developed the CONSISTENCY to adjust your shot accordingly.

In this series you will master coming off of ball screens AND off-ball screens so you can read IN GAME screens Instinctively AND create as much space as you need to get an open shot.

In this series we work on a number of Pivot into Jab Step & Shot Fake moves that are crucial to have if you ever want to be considered as an elite 1 on 1 player. These moves will always keep the defender guessing, so you will ALWAYS be in control.

No matter how big or how small you are, this series will show you how even NBA guards are able to finish over or around athletic 7 Footers, so you never have to worry about being blocked when you go for a layup again.
